This auction is for an ultrasonic cleaning of a
disassembled
carburetor body and parts.  Cleaning is done in an industrial Bransonic cleaning tank, powered by a Bransonic 8300 series 25Khz RF generator.  This process will safely and effectively remove years of varnish and grime not just from the outside, but also cleans interior passageways better than any other method.  The Rochester 4GC in the pictures is typical of results.  It was removed from a 1960 Oldsmobile for a rebuild, and all parts were cleaned ultrasonically--it cleans every nook and cranny in ways that a can of carb cleaner never can.  Passageways are also blown out with compressed air after cleaning.
You no longer have to rely on can of carb cleaner and a brush to (hopefully) get everything clean, and (hopefully not) spray yourself in the eye with it...you can now get it done the same way the pros do it, without the hassle and mess of doing it yourself.
I use a proprietary cleaning solution that won't darken aluminum carb bodies, but I have noticed that in some cases the gold tone finish is sometimes thin or missing in places after a cleaning--I can't tell if the finish was already gone because these carb bodies are covered in gunk, but I can't rule out that some of it came off in the cleaning process.
Please note that this auction is not for a rebuild service, it's for a cleaning service...you will be responsible for disassembly prior to shipping the parts to me for cleaning.  I don't have time to do full rebuilds anymore, but I can still work cleanings into my shop schedule, so I am offering this service.  Works on any make or model carb...you just tear it down, send the major components any any parts you want cleaned to me, and it comes back clean.
